Wyndham Esplanade

Name: Wyndham Esplanade Revitalization project

Update: December 20, 2022

Hi neighbors,
At last Thursday's board meeting, the directors voted to keep the crepe myrtles on the Wyndham Esplanade. The board also voted to move forward by developing a landscaping plan including a combination of hardscape and softscape for the berm under the crepe myrtles; this incorporates the primary recommendations from the task force and will preserve this beautiful asset for our community. The board would like to thank the members of the task force for their time and effort, it is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Beth Sokolyk
Esplanade Task Force Committee Chair

Crepe Myrtle Task Force

Report to the FSP HOA Board on Wyndham Esplanade Beautification Options
The FSP HOA Board has cancelled any plans to remove the Crepe Myrtles to relandscape the Esplanade.
The HOA Board asked for volunteers to serve on a Crepe Myrtle Task Force. The Task Force has two
directives: 1. To decide the fate of the Crepe Myrtles; 2. To make recommendations for improvements
and maintenance. CMTF will present their decisions to the HOA Board at the October 2022 meeting.       Get full report: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TL328nw1ZeD-NROj4GaId7fcjzy1w6Yf/view?usp=sharing
