Welcome to the Fairways of Sherrill Park Homeowner’s Association website.

This is the only mandatory association in the City of Richardson that is managed by volunteers. Therefore the annual dues are very reasonable at $260. All fees are used for the benefit of the residents and a management company is not required. Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting held each February for a term of 2 years. The Board meetings are held the first Monday of each month and all residents are invited to attend. You will find the listing of the meetings in the newsletter. Homeowners are encouraged to get involved in the HOA.

The Fairways of Sherrill Park is located adjacent to Richardson’s Sherrill Park Golf Course. The 280 homes are located in Collin County. The children go to the schools in the Plano Independent School District. We are conveniently located near North Central Expressway , the George Bush Turnpike and DART.

School is out and it's vacation time! Before you go, do a few things to make sure your home is secure in your absence: Stop your mail & newspaper. Ask a neighbor to check your front door & pick up flyers, packages that may arrive, etc. Let the Police Department know you will be gone and have the "Volunteers in Policing" check your place while you are away. You can do this online by going to www.cor.net and click on the Police Department and go to House Watch. This will ensure you will have no surprises when you return.
