    11/2/2011.    In accordance with the 2011 Texas Legislature, mandatory Home Owners Associations must follow
    certain new procedures. Accordingly the following policies have been adopted by The Fairways of Sherrill Park
    Home Owners Association and have been filed and recorded as official public records in Collin County.  
    Please print out a copy for your records.
