The Fairways of Sherrill Park HOA is the only mandatory homeowner’s Association in the City of
Richardson that is managed by volunteers. All dues and fees collected are used directly for the benefit
of the residents. Members of the Board of Directors are elected at the Annual Meeting held yearly for
a term of two years. The Board meetings are held monthly and all residents are invited to attend.
The Fairways of Sherrill Park is located adjacent to Richardson’s Sherrill Park Golf Course. The 280
homes are located in Collin County. The children go to the schools in the Plano Independent School
District. We are conveniently located near North Central Expressway , the George Bush Turnpike and
DART.
